Client Background & The Brief
Global Fintech Fest is an annual global gathering dedicated to fintech and the wider financial services
ecosystem. With participation from more than 80 countries, it brings together policymakers, regulators,
central bankers, financial institutions, technology leaders, fintech entrepreneurs, investors,
academics and thought leaders to explore the opportunities and structural shifts shaping the future of
finance.
For 2026, GFF was built around the theme “Potential to Impact”. The theme focused on how the convergence
of Agentic AI, Tokenisation and Quantum technologies could help shape financial systems that are
increasingly intelligent, programmable and secure.
For 24 Frames Digital, GFF 2026 represented the next stage of an established production engagement.
Following the previous edition’s large-scale, multi-room production, the 2026 brief retained the same
core scope: simultaneous video production across multiple conference environments, live streaming,
rapid session recording and availability, and video conferencing support for remote participation.
Rather than building the production model from the ground up, the focus was on carrying forward a proven
workflow, applying previous-event learnings and delivering the complex requirement with greater
operational familiarity, preparedness and coordination.
Objective
- Capture simultaneous conference sessions across 15 parallel conference rooms.
- Maintain consistent video and audio production standards across all rooms.
- Record individual sessions and enable rapid content availability after each session.
- Support live streaming of selected sessions across designated digital platforms.
- Provide video conferencing for speakers or presenters joining remotely.
- Maintain reliable production throughout the multi-day event.
- Coordinate multiple technical teams working simultaneously across the venue.
- Build on the established 2025 workflow for a more streamlined, repeatable production operation.
What We Did
For GFF 2026, 24 Frames Digital carried forward the production framework developed during the previous
edition and applied it across the event’s multi-room conference environment. Returning with the same
core responsibility brought familiarity with the demands of operating several conference productions
simultaneously.
- Deployed dedicated video production setups across 15 conference rooms.
- Assigned experienced technical manpower and production teams across individual halls.
- Managed simultaneous multi-camera capture of parallel conference sessions.
- Used on-site encoder systems to support rapid processing and handover of recorded content.
- Maintained individual session recordings for archival and downstream content requirements.
- Supported live streaming for selected conference sessions.
- Deployed video conferencing facilities wherever remote speaker participation was required.
- Established hall-level coordination between technical teams and event managers.
- Maintained central oversight across multiple production environments.
- Planned operational and technical contingencies to support continuity throughout the event.
The production environment was approached not as 15 isolated setups, but as one coordinated multi-room
production ecosystem. This helped maintain consistency while allowing individual halls to respond to
their session requirements.
Key Focus Areas
- Scale: Operating simultaneously across 15 conference rooms while maintaining visibility of
individual sessions.
- Consistency: Maintaining uniform production, recording and output standards across multiple
teams.
- Turnaround: Moving session content quickly from capture into recording, archival and
content-delivery workflows.
- Coordination: Keeping hall-level teams, event managers, technical coordinators and central
production operations closely aligned.
- Flexibility: Adapting to schedule movements, remote participation and changing production
needs without affecting parallel sessions.
- Continuity: Applying the previous GFF edition’s operational foundation to refine workflows
rather than create them afresh.
Challenges & Solutions
Challenges
Returning with the same large-scale production mandate did not reduce the operational complexity. With
15 conference rooms running in parallel, each room needed dedicated production attention while still
functioning as part of a coordinated venue-wide operation.
- Managing production equipment and technical manpower across multiple rooms.
- Coordinating simultaneous conference schedules.
- Maintaining consistent recording standards across different production environments.
- Ensuring timely processing and availability of session recordings.
- Supporting both physical and remote speaker participation.
- Maintaining uninterrupted production throughout long event days.
- Responding efficiently to changes without affecting parallel sessions.
Solutions
- Built on previous-event learnings: Applied experience from the previous GFF to inform
equipment planning, manpower allocation and production workflows.
- Dedicated hall-level teams: Assigned technical teams to individual rooms, creating clear
accountability at hall level.
- Central production coordination: Used a broader coordination structure to maintain
visibility across all parallel production environments.
- On-site encoding and recording: Processed and prepared content rapidly without relying
entirely on post-event workflows.
- Video conferencing readiness: Supported remote participation as part of the wider
production setup.
- Contingency planning: Prepared for operational and technical changes so teams could remain
responsive throughout the event.
Results & Impact
- Delivered simultaneous production coverage across 15 conference rooms.
- Supported multi-camera recording across parallel conference programming.
- Enabled rapid processing and availability of individual session recordings.
- Supported selected live-streaming requirements.
- Enabled remote participation through video conferencing facilities where required.
- Maintained coordinated technical operations across multiple conference environments.
- Carried forward established production standards from the previous edition.
- Created a more familiar and repeatable operating framework for a large-scale global event.
The previous edition established the framework. GFF 2026 was about strengthening it, applying
experience, improving operational familiarity and continuing to deliver at scale.
Client Feedback
The client acknowledged the team’s preparedness, seamless on-ground coordination and ability to manage
multiple production requirements simultaneously while maintaining consistency across the event. The
structured workflow, supported by quick response and strong operational familiarity, enabled smooth
execution at scale without disruption.
